    • Financial service providers, such as motor vehicle lenders, insurance agents, credit bureaus, and providers of after market products such as products and service contracts.
    • Non-financial service providers such as retailers, providers of after-market products such as warranties and service contracts, and collectors and collection agencies collecting debts.

    We take our responsibility to protect your nonpublic personal information very seriously.     If you prefer that we do not disclose your personal information to third parties described in this Privacy Policy, and you have not completed an Opt Out Form provided by us, then you may direct us not to make those disclosures as follows:

    TO OPT OUT IN PERSON: You may complete the following OPT OUT FORM and deliver it to any Sales Manager at any City Select Auto Sales’ location. Please mark it Attention: Drew  Pellegrini.

    TO OPT OUT BY MAIL: You may complete the following OPT OUT FORM and mail it to City Select Auto Sales, Attention: Drew Pellegrini. 4375 Rt. 130 South, Burlington, NJ 08016.

    You may also have additional privacy rights under state law. Please remember, however, that even if you decide to opt out of having your nonpublic personal information disclosed to certain third parties, we may still disclose nonpublic personal information about you as permitted by law.

    If you are opting out for the first time, it may take up to ten business days to process your request. Your decision to opt out will apply to all financial products and services you obtain from City Select Auto Sales.
